EB-1C Green Card for Multinational Managers and Executives
The EB-1C immigrant visa category allows multinational executives and managers to obtain permanent residence in the United States through a qualifying company transfer.
This category is commonly used by international companies transferring senior leadership personnel to a U.S. affiliate, parent, subsidiary, or branch office.
One of the major advantages of the EB-1C category is that it does not require the PERM labor certification process.
