What are the requirements for the L-1 visa?
The L-1 visa allows multinational companies to transfer executives, managers, or specialized employees from their foreign offices to a U.S. branch. The employee must have worked abroad for at least one continuous year within the past three years. We assist both employers and employees with the transfer process and documentation.
Can I sponsor a family member for a green card?

Can I travel while my green card application is pending?
If you’ve applied for Adjustment of Status (AOS) from within the U.S., you generally cannot travel internationally until you receive Advance Parole — a travel document that allows you to reenter the U.S. without abandoning your application. Can I work while my green card application is pending?
